Bought 25th May, shipped 28th May and received 27th July. Packaging was ok, not great. It was packed very tight and squashed inside a plastic bag. I think it should have been packed in its own individual plastic bag also as the outer bag could have ripped and damaged the elephant. The quality/price is good although there were several stitching issues but I cut these off and it looks better now. The filling is also lacking in some areas - the store's photos are a little misleading. It was quite lumpy within the body. The size is ideal for baby 2 to 3 months up. The pillow had quite a strong smell so I followed the washing instructions and it actually made the pillow look better and fuller (photos 4 and 5) so I would recommend washing the toy first (washing machine/delicate program/30 or 40°c/dry in the sun). All in all, I'm very happy. It's cute, soft and will keep a baby warm and feeling secure. I would definitely recommend buying this product from this seller.
